Terms of Use
Updated 27 October 2026. These terms cover promptkite.com, its online tools, the community and the “PromptKite Prompt Pocket” browser extension. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Prompts and sample images: what you may do
The prompts, templates and sample images that PromptKite publishes are free to use, for personal and commercial work. You may copy and edit the prompts, use them in any AI tool, and use the sample images in your own designs, posts, products and client work. You do not need to pay us or credit us, though a mention is always welcome.
You may not:
- resell or redistribute the prompts or images in bulk or as they are, for example as a prompt pack, a stock-image collection or a training dataset;
- present the collection, or large parts of it, as your own library;
- use our name or logo to suggest that PromptKite endorses you or your product.
The sample images were made with AI tools. In some countries AI-generated images are not protected by copyright, so we cannot promise that a picture is exclusive to you or that nobody else uses it.
2. What you make with our prompts
Images and text you create with our prompts in your own AI tool belong to you, subject to that tool’s own terms. Before using a result commercially, check it yourself for things such as trademarks, logos, real people and text errors.
3. Agent Skills from other authors
Some Agent Skills on the site were written by other people. Each one keeps its own licence, shown on its page; follow that licence rather than section 1.
4. Community posts
You keep ownership of the images and prompts you post. By posting, you give PromptKite a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to show, resize and link to your post on the site, and to share it on PromptKite’s own channels to promote the community, until you delete it. Other members may use the prompt text you publish as inspiration, as they can with ours; your images are not covered by the free licence in section 1.
Only post work you made or have the right to share, and follow the community rules shown on the community page. We review posts before they appear and may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
5. Accounts
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account. To delete your account, email us.
6. Tools
The online tools run in your browser and are provided as they are. Keep your own copies of anything important.
7. Reporting content and copyright
If something on the site uses your work without permission or breaks the rules, use the Report button or email [email protected] with a link to it. We will look at it quickly and remove material that infringes someone’s rights.
8. No guarantees
PromptKite is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that a prompt will give a particular result or that the site will always be online. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the site.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
