Spring Matcha: From Theme Image to Finished Poster

Use a headline, white space and information hierarchy to turn a good-looking image into a piece people can read.

できあがるもの

One 4:5 poster, an editable SVG layout practice file and a copy template.

必要なもの

  • The theme base image from this series, or an image you generated yourself
  • A design tool that supports typography; the SVG opens in a browser or vector editor

手順

  1. Settle on one key message

In this example, the headline is “春日第一口” (“First Sip of Spring”) and the subheading is “抹茶与奶香,刚刚好” (“Matcha and milk, just right”). This is a fictional creative exercise, so don't add event dates, prices or sales figures that don't exist.

  2. Leave room in the image for text

Plan white space for text at the top or side. If the base image is too busy, regenerate a version with more white space; don't place the headline directly over the most detailed part of the subject.

  3. Build a two-level reading order

Use green and milky white as the color palette. Viewers see the headline first, then the subject, and finally read the subheading. Download the SVG practice file to edit the text, or rebuild it in your own layout tool.

  4. Check type and export

Check every Chinese character in the AI-generated poster. Accurate text can be redone on top using the SVG or a layout tool. After exporting, check how it scales on a phone; you are responsible for confirming usage rights for fonts and other external assets.

よくある失敗

  • AI-generated lettering is inaccurate — Redo the text separately in a layout tool instead of relying on blurry image text for accurate letterforms.
  • Headline, caption and decoration all compete for attention — Keep only one dominant focal point, shrink secondary information and add white space.

練習用テンプレート

Design a {ratio} poster for “{headline}”. Subject: {subject}; setting: {scene}; color palette: {palette}; style: {style}. First propose a clear layout for headline, subject and subheading, then provide a text-free base image prompt and separate typography suggestions. Don't invent prices, event dates, brands or promised results.

The finished poster was generated with GPT; the download pack also includes an SVG practice file with editable text, whose layout differs slightly from the AI version.
